Spa Therapist Luxury Private Game Reserve Northern Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and passionate Spa Therapist for a luxury private game reserve based in the Northern Cape. This is a wonderful opportunity for a guest-focused individual who is dedicated to wellness and delivering exceptional spa experiences in a unique bush setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies
  
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to determine individual treatment needs and preferences
  
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are consistently clean, hygienic, and well-prepared
  
• Maintain high standards of guest service, professionalism, and confidentiality
  
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages
  
• Manage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception
  
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies
  
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  
• Work closely with front-of-house and lodge teams to enhance the overall guest experience
  

Requirements:

• Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)
  
• Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred
  
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
  
• Professional appearance and demeanour
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
  
• Good knowledge of spa treatments and products
