Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and versatile Reservationist / Back-Up Therapist for a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a well-rounded candidate who is passionate about guest service, highly organised, and able to support both reservations and spa operations when required.

• Manage reservation enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms with professionalism
• Handle bookings from enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain strong client relationships
• Step in as a back-up therapist when required, delivering high-quality treatments
• Coordinate schedules and assist with spa bookings and availability
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties
• Support overall hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification
• Previous experience in reservations and spa environment preferred
• Computer literate with knowledge of booking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask

Salary negotiable based on experience
