What you will be doing:- Oversee day to day spa operations, including management of invoices, coordination of group bookings, and clear communication with the night and finance teams.
- Lead the smooth running of Front of House (FOH) operations (Retail & e fora Spa Reception) through effective task delegation.
- Monitor Stay Experiences (Satisfaction Tracking System) results and recommend improvements to the Head of Department.
- Ensure all products are ordered, stored, and requisitioned to the highest standards, taking shelf life into account.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with product suppliers, supporting training, service, promotions and incentive programmes.
- Own the administration of client care procedures, including booking processes, client payments and consultation cards.
- Adhere to Hilton's operating brand standards at all times in the spa.
- Demonstrate environmental awareness in line with Hilton Worldwide standards.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Work independently with high efficiency and initiative.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department and Director of Operations on administrative and office coordination as required.
- Pursue continual improvement of guest satisfaction through personalisation, quality, creativity, range and value for money across spa services.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the spa & wellbeing industry.
- Previous experience with rostering and payroll.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings with flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel data entry and analysis.
- Positive attitude.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations in a fast paced environment and proactive action.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Experience leading a diverse team.
- Financial and budget reporting experience.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
