To keep this engine, and our business running at its peak, we're looking for a hands on Senior Solution Architect to join our Technology team in Kempton Park. You'll take the lead across our core systems, shape how they work together and create the blueprint for smarter ways of working going forward.
This is a collaborative, hands on role where strategy meets execution. You'll work with teams across Jonsson Workwear, turning ideas into practical systems that keep operations running smoothly, teams connected and the business performing at its best.
We're seeking a systems visionary with deep technical expertise and the logic to structure systems at scale. With your direct involvement and strategic foresight, you'll shape a technology ecosystem that keeps our business operating smarter and performing stronger.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Leading the design of end to end solutions across our core platforms, connecting systems across manufacturing, retail, finance, and operations
- Ensuring systems are integrated, resilient, scalable, and future ready, covering ERP, data, BI, and AI platforms
- Providing architectural direction and governance, translating business strategy into practical technology solutions and guiding teams across all initiatives
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect
- Strong experience in manufacturing environments (essential)
- Proven expertise in SYSPRO ERP architecture, extensions and integrations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, SQL Server, .NET, C#, and Power BI
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data modelling and analytics platforms
- Experience balancing long term architectural integrity with short term delivery needs
- Experience in hybrid delivery models (internal teams and external vendors)
