You will provide direction on projects, process improvements and key technical decisions, ensuring high-profile deliverables are completed successfully.ResponsibilitiesCoaching and mentoring Agile squads through software development and Agile best principles and practicesMotivating digital product teams in a cross-functional global environment to deliver innovations to our customersCollaborating within Research Technology to exchange lessons-learned and best practice standardization across our organizationCommunicating and presenting a variety of information confidently and clearly to engineers, senior business leaders and stakeholdersFacilitating time and change management across multiple teams to ensure quality and on-time deliverySupporting the development and use of metrics that facilitate continuous improvement within our squadsRequirementsHave solid expertise gained in a technology environment with knowledge of software development industry best practicesStrong experience with various resource models such as Managed Services and/or Staff Augmentation Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex content to a range of audiencesShow the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and teams to resolve issues and to support implemented solutionsExpertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net.Test-driven development.Have solid organization, planning and change management skillsBe able to identify risk dependencies and support mitigating solutionsBe able to foster a learning environment that encourages people to learn from experiencesWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
