We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C# Software Developer to join our dynamic team at CSG. In this role, you will be instrumental in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment, while adhering to Agile principles. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and managing stakeholder expectations. We are looking for a C# Developer who will: Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies. Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications. Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. Conduct thorough debugging and troubleshooting of software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Perform comprehensive Software Product Testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure software quality and reliability. Actively mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their technical growth and professional development. Effectively manage communication and expectations with various stakeholders, including product owners, project managers, and end-users. Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive Technical Writing, including design documents, API documentation, and user manuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development process. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in software development. Proven expertise in applying Agile Principles in a professional development environment. Demonstrated experience in creating and interpreting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Exceptional Debugging skills with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex software problems. Strong understanding and practical experience in Software Design principles and patterns. Extensive experience in Software Development with proficiency in C# Solid experience with Software Product Testing methodologies and tools. Excellent Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Proficient in Technical Writing, capable of producing clear and concise documentation.
