Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to support a U.S.-based consulting firm that advises legal practices on growth, operations, and client acquisition.

This role begins part-time, with the potential to evolve into a larger scope based on performance and business needs.

You will operate as an embedded partner within a team of legal and consulting experts. The role requires the ability to translate expert input into accurate, compliant, and well-structured social media content.

Prior exposure to the legal industry is preferred, but deep knowledge of U.S. state by state legal markets is not required at the outset. The ability to learn quickly and apply feedback precisely is more important.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage social media content calendars aligned with consulting initiatives.
  • Translate legal and consulting insights into clear, compliant, and engaging content.
  • Write, edit, and publish content across platforms, primarily LinkedIn.

Graphic Content Creation

  • Design supporting visuals for social media posts (static graphics, simple carousels, etc.).
  • Ensure visual content aligns with brand standards and enhances message clarity.

Collaborative Content Development

  • Work directly with legal consultants and subject matter experts to gather direction.
  • Process feedback efficiently and implement revisions with minimal friction.
  • Ensure all content aligns with U.S. legal advertising standards and client brand voice.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Test messaging, formats, and posting cadence.
  • Report on performance with clear, actionable insights.

Operational Execution

  • Maintain consistent publishing schedules and meet deadlines reliably.
  • Manage content workflows, approvals, and revisions.
  • Proactively identify gaps or unclear direction before they impact timelines.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media or content marketing.
  • Experience in the legal industry or supporting law firms.
  • Familiarity with legal marketing or compliance considerations in the U.S.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or audiences.
  • Strong written English with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
  • Experience creatingsocial media graphics(Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
  • Proven ability to manage content workflows in a remote environment.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts or professional services teams.
  • Experience working withMonday.comfor task and workflow management.
  • Background in B2B, consulting, or professional services.
  • Experience working across time zones, especially with U.S. teams.
Other Requirements:
  • High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50-100 Mbps).
  • Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
  • Stable backup power supply.
  • Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
  • Availability: Monday-Friday during U.S. time zones.
