Ski Coach Driver

We're on the lookout for Ski Coach Drivers to join our team this winter, helping guests travel safely and comfortably between Queenstown and the Cardrona + Treble Cone ski fields.

At RealNZ, we pride ourselves on delivering extraordinary experiences, and that starts the moment our guests hop on the coach. If you're safety-focused, friendly, and believe every guest should leave with a great story to tell, read on.

You'll be navigating alpine roads daily in all kinds of winter conditions, creating a welcoming experience for guests from the moment they step on board. That means helping with gear loading and unloading, answering questions about the ski areas, and making sure everyone gets where they need to go comfortably. You'll keep your coach clean, tidy, and road-ready, completing daily checks, logbooks, and following all SOP's.

While you're the only one behind the wheel, you're never on your own. This is a team that works together, supports each other, and has your back - and we reckon it's the best driving crew in Queenstown and for the right people, permanent year round roles are also available.

• A current NZ Class 2 (or above) licence and a valid P endorsement
• Confident driving large vehicles - Snow/Ice experience is a bonus
• The kind of calm presence that keeps everyone relaxed even when things go sideways
