Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Assist the Site Supervisor / Project Manager with daily site operations
- Supervise subcontractors and installation teams on-site
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor daily progress and report on site activities
- Assist the Site Supervisor / Project Manager with daily site operations

- Check installation quality of aluminium frames, glass panels, and façade systems
- Ensure correct materials and components are used
- Report defects or snags and ensure they are resolved
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act)
- Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices
- Identify and report hazards on-site
- Assist with toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Assist with planning daily tasks and labour allocation
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure correct quantities on-site
- Monitor stock usage and report shortages
- Keep daily site reports and progress updates
- Record attendance of workers and subcontractors
- Assist with maintaining site documentation and safety file
- Liaise with site management, contractors, and internal teams
- Escalate issues or delays to senior supervisors
- Maintain professional communication on-site
