Site Production Manager - North West - circa £45k pa depending on experience

One of our key clients is looking to recruit a first class Production Manager with a willingness to succeed, taking the reins of the print production process within their high tech site.

Our client's goal is to provide professional, streamlined visual solutions for all client projects. They are looking for someone who can bring technical knowledge, innovative thinking and a dynamic approach to every project, ensuring client ideas are brought to life and delivered with maximum impact.

• Lead teams of up to 60 staff in a fast paced and busy production environment, providing clear direction to supervisors, team leaders and operatives.
• Make important decisions in high pressure situations and motivate staff to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the company's quality standards.
• Effectively communicate business goals and targets to the team.
• Cultivate and implement performance measures to ensure production standards are met.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the latest policies and procedures required to manage a safe and compliant manufacturing facility.

• Technical knowledge of the printing industry and manufacturing standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with demonstrable vision in managing staff groups and major projects/initiatives.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
