Job Description

We are recruiting for our renewable energy client seeking a Site Facility Coordinator to support the operational management of wind energy assets.

The role is site-based and focuses on supervising daily operations, coordinating contractors, monitoring asset performance, and ensuring compliance with project documents and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities at wind energy facilities.
  • Coordinate and monitor work performed by EPC and O&M contractors on site.
  • Track plant performance including availability, production and operational efficiency.
  • Review operational and maintenance reports and elevate performance issues.
  • Monitor scheduled and corrective maintenance activities across the facility.
  • Maintain operational records including outages, curtailments and performance events.
  • Coordinate communication between site teams, contractors and head office.
  • Support commissioning, handover and operational compliance processes.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in renewable energy operations, preferably wind.
  • Experience supervising O&M contractor activities at renewable energy facilities.
  • Knowledge of PPA, EPC and O&M project documentation.
  • Experience with commissioning or project handover phases advantageous.
  • Strong coordination, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
