Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for our renewable energy client seeking a Site Facility Coordinator to support the operational management of wind energy assets.
The role is site-based and focuses on supervising daily operations, coordinating contractors, monitoring asset performance, and ensuring compliance with project documents and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)- Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities at wind energy facilities.
- Coordinate and monitor work performed by EPC and O&M contractors on site.
- Track plant performance including availability, production and operational efficiency.
- Review operational and maintenance reports and elevate performance issues.
- Monitor scheduled and corrective maintenance activities across the facility.
- Maintain operational records including outages, curtailments and performance events.
- Coordinate communication between site teams, contractors and head office.
- Support commissioning, handover and operational compliance processes.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in renewable energy operations, preferably wind.
- Experience supervising O&M contractor activities at renewable energy facilities.
- Knowledge of PPA, EPC and O&M project documentation.
- Experience with commissioning or project handover phases advantageous.
- Strong coordination, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
