You will: Manage the service delivery teams, ensuring effective execution of maintenance and repair contracts. Develop operational procedures that enhance service quality and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service operations. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on service expansion opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. How You Will Do It: You will succeed in this role by leveraging your leadership skills and technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring service performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Providing training and mentorship to service personnel. Managing budgets and resources effectively to meet operational goals. Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conducting regular reviews of service agreements and contracts. What We Look For: Required: University degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in service operations management within the HVAC/R industry. Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and their operational requirements.
