About our companyThe Special Investigating Unit (SIU), a Schedule 3A entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), is an independent statutory body that was established in terms of the Special Investigating Units and Special Tribunals Act No. 74 of 1996. The primary mandate of the SIU is to investigate allegations of corruption, malpractice and maladministration in government departments, municipalities and State-Owned Entities, and to recover financial losses suffered by State institutions.
IntroductionThe SIU has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Talent to join our dynamic team, which is passionate about the fight against corruption and recovering financial losses suffered by the State. The SIU hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the opportunities to serve the Unit.
Main purpose: To coordinate and manage the Service function in the Chief Legal Counsel Department.
Key performance areas (Include but are not limited to): Transportation services. Motor vehicle maintenance. Serving of legal process documents. Service office administration. Service function coordination.

Reliable.Minimum qualification and experience: Matric (NQF4), Valid Driver's License (Code 08). Preference will be given to candidates who are in possession of a post-metric qualification. Six months of experience as a Service Officer or similar role. Two years of driving experience.

The SIU is an Anti-Corruption Investigating Unit and requires applicants to make a full and frank disclosure in their application form.
