Profile
  • CNC Machine Supervision & Operation: Oversee daily CNC pipe cutting machine activities, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications. Operate machines directly when required.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and support auxiliary staff, including material controllers and operators, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Technical Oversight: Perform programming checks, monitor quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure all outputs meet required tolerances.
  • Workflow & Resource Management: Coordinate material flow, manage production priorities, and align manpower allocation with project needs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE standards in line with company and industry regulations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, material traceability, and progress updates for project reporting.
Educational background

National Diploma / Relevant industry experience

Years of experience

2-5 years of experience in CNC machine operation, programming, or supervisory roles.

Industry knowledge

Familiarity with fabrication and CNC equipment.

Computer literacy

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (Advanced level), Word, and Outlook.

Additional skills

Strong leadership and problem solving ability; attention to detail; effective communication skills.
