Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to manage the workshop workflow and liaise with clients regarding vehicle servicing and repairs. The role involves preparing estimates, coordinating with technicians and parts departments, updating customers on progress, and ensuring smooth and efficient workshop operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate
  • Relevant Service Advisor training or equivalent experience
  • Code 8 driver's license
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar automotive service role
  • Knowledge of automotive technology and industry processes
  • Strong administrative, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and workshop systems (e.g., Evolve)
  • Confident, proactive, and able to manage multiple job cards efficiently
