Job Description
Tp-8f723eaf is looking for an experienced WFM Planning Analyst to join the Resource Planning Team. The successful candidate will support the planning cycle and optimize resources against client demand and budget delivery.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in Resource Planning/Workforce Management, deep knowledge of NICE IEX, and advanced skills in MS Excel. Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy are essential.
