Senior warehouse co-ordinator inbound

Location: Johannesburg As a Senior Warehouse Coordinator Inbound, you will support Stryker's distribution operations by ensuring inbound warehouse activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in receiving, storing, and managing products while driving operational excellence and ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in full. Ensure completion of trade compliance documentation for shipments between South Africa, Northern Ireland, and the EU, maintaining CHIEF reporting requirements.Lead compliance, inventory, and quality-related activities to meet business and regulatory requirements, including Human Tissue handling where applicable. Support additional operational needs in line with business requirements.Professional working proficiency in English5-7 years of experience in warehousing or similar operational environments Strong working knowledge of warehouse processes and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., JDE or similar) Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas)Ability to apply sound judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills Tertiary education (College or University) Experience supporting regulatory-controlled environments such as medical devices or healthcare
