What you'll do

As a Senior Solution Sales Specialist (SSE), you'll lead SAP's HCM Line of Business (LoB) cloud growth and innovation adoption across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Operating as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, you'll champion SAP's "One SAP" strategy, accelerate AI-driven innovation, and position SAP as the preferred digital transformation partner.

Your impact will include:

  • Account Ownership & Strategy - Drive business for net new and installed base accounts, develop strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and market conditions.
  • Customer Value Journey - Identify high-priority business challenges, define transformation roadmaps, and guide customers through measurable value realization.
  • Pipeline & Opportunity Management - Expand SAP's footprint across HCM LoB and influence multi-year digital transformation strategies.
  • Product Success & Innovation - Accelerate adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and promote SAP's innovation agenda in the local ecosystem.
  • Executive Engagement - Lead strategic discovery sessions, ROI storytelling, and executive-level presentations to drive demand and decision-making.
What you bring
  • Deep SAP and HCM domain expertise, including strong understanding of AI and innovation trends.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead complex SaaS cycles.
  • Strong B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder digital transformation programs.
