Senior Retail Store Manager - East Rand

Requirements:

Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in similar role within the retail industry

Candidate must have own vehicle

Languages: Portuguese, English and Afrikaans will be highly advantageous

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Previous experience in a Foodlovers Market, Spar, Pick n Pay or Woolworths required

Accounting knowledge is compulsory

Candidate must be willing to work long hours and weekends

Able to do orders, budgets, staff schedules, cashflow, rate of sale

Daily, weekly and monthly reports

Manage stock takes

Must have knowledge of labour law and processes and procedures

All retail staff at specified stores will report into this role

Remuneration Package:

R - R CTC Package per month.

Depending on Experience/Qualifications and work history.
