The Role

This is a proactive, hands on role suited to someone with a can do attitude who is comfortable owning the full recruitment cycle. You'll build your own client portfolio, convert opportunities into placements, and develop long term relationships.

What You'll Do

Business Development
  • Proactively identify, engage, and convert new clients.
  • Build and grow a portfolio of long term client relationships.
  • Present Outsourcery's value clearly to founders and senior stakeholders.
Recruitment Delivery
  • Manage roles end to end, from brief to placement and follow up.
  • Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assess fit (technical, behavioural, cultural).
  • Manage interview process, feedback, and offers.
  • Deliver on multiple roles (8-10) without compromising quality.
  • Provide regular updates and adjust approach as needed.
Client & Candidate Management
  • Lead client interactions and manage expectations.
  • Provide guidance on hiring, salaries, and market trends.
  • Ensure a smooth, high quality experience for clients and candidates.
  • Build long term relationships to support repeat business.
Market & Brand
  • Stay up to date on UK and SA market trends.
  • Act as a strong representative of the Outsourcery brand.
  • Feed insights back into the business.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma.
  • 5+ years' end to end recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record in business development and client wins.
  • Strong sourcing capability and placement track record.
  • Experience working with founders / senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM/ATS tools.
  • Exposure to the UK market.
  • Practical use of AI tools in your workflow.
  • Relationship led sales approach.
  • EOR industry experience.
  • Strong instinct for identifying high quality talent.
