WELCOME TO MOYO SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join us in driving significance together.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

This project manager will fulfil a critical role in the client environment in terms of scoping, budgeting, managing risks and issues and setting timelines to deliver on projects. A conceptual and practical understanding of Business Analysis and the SDLC will assist the Project Manager to be better equipped in solving client problems.

Required Qualifications
  • Tertiary degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field (Programme or Project Management).
  • PMP (non negotiable).
  • Agile Practitioner (SAFe or SCRUM) is preferred (or prepared to undertake certification soon after onboarding).
Experience and Knowledge
  • Must have experience in working on technical projects (containing Enterprise Software and data) within Digital Technologies environments.
  • 3 - 6 years' working experience in Project Management Position(s), more than 10 years overall experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in either the Mining Industry or Banking Industry.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Working experience as a SCRUM Master or EPIC Owner ("Programmer Manager") can be beneficial.
  • COBIT, ITIL experience beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling business cases, business requirements and process maps.
  • Creating and Managing project schedules (including SOW, backlogs, task prioritisation and other).
  • Project RAID management.
  • Project integration and change management.
  • Budget and cost management including procurement and reporting.
  • Quality management.
  • Conflict management and negotiations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional / multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • Release and configuration Management.
  • Steering Committee Reporting.
  • Adhering to the internal processes and standards.

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage with high-level stakeholders, both verbal and non-verbal.
