Senior Product Designer (UI/UX & Product Design)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and product design to lead the creation of user centric digital products. This is a remote product design role where you will own the full design lifecycle-from discovery and research to high fidelity design and iteration.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, impactful user experiences that drive engagement and business outcomes.

• Lead end to end product design processes: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
• Define user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns for web and mobile applications
• Design high fidelity interfaces that align with brand and usability best practices
• Conduct usability testing and leverage data to inform design decisions
• Collaborate cross functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and scalable
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product design work
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user centered design principles and UX best practices
• Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
• Familiarity with data driven design and experimentation (A/B testing)
• Basic understanding of front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in remote, cross functional teams
