What We Are Looking For:- Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level English proficiency, clear and concise communication.
- Sales Experience: 5+ years in New Business sales, experience with predominantly high-value B2B targets.
- Industry Experience: Experience in B2B Freight, Logistics, courier, or supply chain industries required.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to maintain accurate forecasting, activity records, and pipeline health.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to lead complex sales engagements, presenting sophisticated solutions to owners, directors, and senior executives.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, including monthly revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition metrics.
- Mobility: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for in-person client visits and industry trade shows.
