Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to test new strategies, analyze performance data, and continuously improve campaign results.

This role is ideal for someone with strong performance marketing experience, analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing profitable paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets ranging from $50,000-$500,000+.
  • Conduct audience research, targeting strategy, and funnel optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data dashboards, attribution models, and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
  • Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and advanced segmentation.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Stay up to date with paid advertising trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong track record of scaling profitable campaigns and improving ROAS.
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets ($50K+/month preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and ad management platforms.
  • Experience with funnel optimization, landing page testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, lead generation, or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
