Senior Manager: People Operations & Employee Experience
Job Description
Our client is looking for a people-focused leader with a senior level of expertise to drive people operations and workforce effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in creating a stable, high-performing, and values-driven workplace by ensuring that people practices are fair, consistent, and aligned to business priorities. You will work closely with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, support workforce planning, and ensure the delivery of efficient and compliant people operations.
Minimum requirements:- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in HR operations and talent management
- Experience leading people operations
- Strong experience in coaching and engagement initiatives
- Expertise in talent management and effective recruitment to attract and retain talent
- Lead and oversee people operations to ensure efficient, compliant HR delivery
- Drive workforce planning and support talent acquisition aligned to business needs
- Work with leadership to strengthen team performance and capability
- Drive and implement consistent performance management and people practices across the organisation
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and well-being
- Ensure alignment between people practices and overall business strategy
- Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capability
- Workforce planning and talent management understanding
- Coaching and leadership support capability
- Knowledge of HR operations and compliance frameworks
