Reporting to: Executive Head: Operations & Analytics

Division: People & Brand

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager: Integration to lead the alignment and optimisation of HR processes, reporting, and data systems across the People Division. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless integration across People & Brand functions, enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will lead a newly established team and drive cross-functional collaboration across the business.

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Advantageous)
  • 5+ years' experience in HR operations, process improvement, or integration-focused roles
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong background in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Expertise in process mapping, workflow integration, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving change adoption and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:

Integration Leadership

  • Govern and maintain end-to-end People process maps and workflows
  • Define integration standards, RACI frameworks, and workflow governance
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D, OE, Brand, and Operations

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce monthly People Operations dashboards (TATs, cycle times, bottlenecks)
  • Deliver quarterly Executive People Packs with actionable insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity as the reporting source of truth

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) pipeline
  • Facilitate Kaizen sessions and root cause analysis
  • Track and measure impact across quality, cost, speed, compliance, and employee experience

Change & Adoption

  • Develop and implement adoption strategies for new processes and systems
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to drive uptake
  • Identify and remove barriers to successful change implementation

Risk & Compliance

  • Support compliance across people processes and systems
  • Maintain an integration risk register and ensure mitigation controls
  • Drive adherence to governance and regulatory standards

Team Leadership

You will lead and develop a team of specialists:

  • People Reporting Specialist
  • Transformation Reporting Specialist
  • Projects Specialist
