Senior Manager - FP&A

• Financial Qualification: CA(SA) qualification, including completed articles at a Big 4 firm or equivalent. Status: Must Have
• Experience Duration: Approximately 8-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance. Status: Must Have
• Industry Exposure: Direct experience within Technology, SaaS, or subscription-based revenue models. Status: Nice-to-Have
• Global Exposure: Proven track record working within large multinational or global organizations. Status: Must Have
• Core Skills: Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modelling. Status: Must Have
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial analysis. Status: Must Have
• Revenue Knowledge: Familiarity with subscription metrics (ARR, MRR, churn analysis). Status: Nice-to-Have
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior executives. Status: Must Have
