You Bring:

• Valid driver's license
• 5 to 7 years' experience in similar role
• Experience in Instructional design and digital learning
• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
• Experience leading complex learning design and cross-functional projects
• Proven ability to mentor trainers, instructional designers, or learning professionals
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, learning analytics, and modern instructional design methods

A bonus to have:

• Diploma or Degree

What You'll Do For The Brand:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of learning programmes, curriculums and digital content using modern instructional design methodologies.
• Translate business needs and performance gaps into targeted learning solutions.
• Develop learning pathways, blended learning strategies and competency-aligned interventions.
• Integrate innovative approaches such as gamification, simulations, microlearning and interactive media.

Content Development & Quality Assurance

• Create high-quality digital and blended learning materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides and assessments.
• Ensure all learning products meet quality, accessibility and UX/UI standards.
• Oversee testing, piloting and refinement of learning solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to gather requirements and align learning outcomes to business needs.
• Present learning concepts, prototypes and proposals to stakeholders.
• Leverage LMS and authoring tools for delivery of learning solutions.
• Manage user access issues, issue licenses, tailor learning pathways and generate usage/completion reports.

Coaching & Team Leadership

• Mentor instructional designers and learning specialists.
• Support L&D team in embedding best practices and enhancing design capability.
