- Matric NQF Level 5
- Travel and Tourism Diploma (NQF Level 6)
- 8 years Inbound experience
- Solid Southern Africa destination knowledge
- Exposure to travel reservations systems
To design and deliver exceptional tailor made journeys across Southern Africa, providing expert advice and seamless service to international travel partners. This role combines creativity with careful planning, managing itineraries from concept through to confirmation with strong destination knowledge, attention to detail, clear and timely communication, and a focus on client expectations within company procedures.
