To help sustain this work, the organisation is seeking a Senior Fundraising & Partnerships Manager - a strategic relationship builder who can turn purpose into long term, values aligned partnerships.
The Heart of the Role- You'll lead the organisation's fundraising partnerships, cultivating relationships with philanthropies, corporates, foundations, and global donors.
- You'll translate impact into compelling proposals, build trust with partners, and secure the resources that keep conservation and community programmes thriving.
- Working closely with programme, finance, communications, and leadership teams, you'll shape partnership strategies, refine budgets, strengthen reporting frameworks, and ensure that every collaboration reflects integrity, alignment, and measurable impact.
- A relevant degree and 5+ years' experience in grant writing and partnership development
- A strong fundraising track record across public, private, and corporate streams
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross functional collaboration
- Financial literacy and experience preparing aligned budgets
- Confidence engaging diverse stakeholders across cultures and regions
- A passion for conservation, community development, and purpose driven work
This is an office based role in Sandton with extended hours and significant travel - locally, regionally, and internationally, including remote locations.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
