Overview 
Job Title: Senior Estimator.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Science Honours / Bachelor of Technology Civil / QS or Similar.
- (4year degree non-negotiable on Critical Skills Permit - NQF8).
- 5-10 years plus of experience as an Estimator in large residential projects with Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction contractor (see list under files on job).
- They work with corporate companies as well as council housing projects.
- Experience in Construction Estimation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
