Senior Electrical Building Services Technologist

• Provides advice/information and guidance on the principles, procedures and applications associated with basic or average complexity Electrical Building Services Engineering processes encapsulated in specific projects of a broadly defined nature.
• Applies principles and techniques associated with the development and presentation of technical electrical building services designs.
• Co-ordinating sequences associated with the preparation, collation of contract documentation and/or the evaluation of tender applications.
• Controls the implementation/outcomes associated with time, quality and cost of specific basic and average complexity Electrical Building Services Engineering contracts.
• Disseminates information on the professional and technical aspects of electrical building services engineering design concepts and provides reports detailing interventions and outcomes.

• Defines appropriate standards and controls the implementation/outcomes of average complexity and complex forms of Electrical Building Services Engineering contracts.
