Senior Documentation Writer (German Required)

Their client base includes both startups and large corporations, but their mission remains the same: to provide excellent support in the design, development, and implementation of digital products that drive value and transformation.
What you will be doing:- Drive the entire tender process (RFI, RFP, RFQ), coordinating inputs and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
- Produce, consolidate, and rigorously quality-check all proposal materials, including technical, financial, and legal documentation.
- Orchestrate internal experts, external partners, and subcontractors to maintain an efficient information flow across the bid team.
- Maintain and continuously enhance a central repository of reusable proposal assets (text modules, CVs, references, etc.).
- Advise clients on their tender structuring and ensure full compliance with formal/legal requirements on e-procurement platforms (e.g., DTVP, TED).
- Execute Project Management Office tasks within the bid context, covering scheduling, risk reporting, lessons learned, and bid/no-bid decision preparation.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (e.g., Business, Informatics, Law).
- Minimum of 3 years in bid management, proposal management, or a PMO setting, ideally within IT/consulting.
- Beneficial to have strong knowledge of public procurement (VgV, UVgO, SektVO) or experience with private sector tenders.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and attention to detail skills with a focus on deadlines and quality.
- Essential C1+ German written communication and good English skills for international support.
- Confident command of the MS 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). Experience with bid management tools is a plus.
