Job Description

Senior Documentation Writer (German Required) About our client:

Our client is a professional management consultancy and IT services provider, focused on delivering creative and innovative digital solutions. Their client base includes both startups and large corporations, but their mission remains the same: to provide excellent support in the design, development, and implementation of digital products that drive value and transformation.

What you will be doing:
  • Drive the entire tender process (RFI, RFP, RFQ), coordinating inputs and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Produce, consolidate, and rigorously quality-check all proposal materials, including technical, financial, and legal documentation.
  • Orchestrate internal experts, external partners, and subcontractors to maintain an efficient information flow across the bid team.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance a central repository of reusable proposal assets (text modules, CVs, references, etc.).
  • Advise clients on their tender structuring and ensure full compliance with formal/legal requirements on e-procurement platforms (e.g., DTVP, TED).
  • Execute Project Management Office tasks within the bid context, covering scheduling, risk reporting, lessons learned, and bid/no-bid decision preparation.
What our client is looking for:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (e.g., Business, Informatics, Law).
  • Minimum of 3 years in bid management, proposal management, or a PMO setting, ideally within IT/consulting.
  • Beneficial to have strong knowledge of public procurement (VgV, UVgO, SektVO) or experience with private sector tenders.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and attention to detail skills with a focus on deadlines and quality.
  • Essential C1+ German written communication and good English skills for international support.
  • Confident command of the MS 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). Experience with bid management tools is a plus.
