Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Complete debtors function
  2. Customer Invoices, Statements and reconciliation of account
  3. Resolving customer queries timeously
  4. To ensure accurate customer billings are sent out within deadlines
  5. To ensure all accurate customer statements are sent out timeously as per deadlines
  6. To ensure customer age analyses are maintained and within terms, ensure collections are received as per due date with relevant follow ups

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. 3 years' experience in a similar role
  2. Sound understanding of the finance function
  3. Full MS Office experience
  4. Matric
  5. Sage 200 Evolution, Pastel Partner or any similar accounting package
  6. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
  7. Strong attention to detail and a proven track record
  8. Motivated individual who works well in a team, can work well under pressure and have a passion for accounting
  9. Have effective time management and problem-solving skills
