Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Complete debtors function
- Customer Invoices, Statements and reconciliation of account
- Resolving customer queries timeously
- To ensure accurate customer billings are sent out within deadlines
- To ensure all accurate customer statements are sent out timeously as per deadlines
- To ensure customer age analyses are maintained and within terms, ensure collections are received as per due date with relevant follow ups

- 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Sound understanding of the finance function
- Full MS Office experience
- Matric
- Sage 200 Evolution, Pastel Partner or any similar accounting package
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record
- Motivated individual who works well in a team, can work well under pressure and have a passion for accounting
- Have effective time management and problem-solving skills
