We're looking for a Senior Databricks Data Platform Consultant (S1) who can lead the design and delivery of these solutions, guide junior team members, and ensure the highest quality outcomes. This role is key to helping our clients unlock the full value of their data through thoughtful architecture, hands-on delivery, and strategic insight.

What you'll be doingAs a Senior Databricks Data Platform Consultant (S1) you'll play a central role in turning complex data into business value. Working closely with client stakeholders, PMs, and engineers, you'll lead discovery, design, and initial build for a cutting-edge data platform.
Your responsibilities- Leading discovery workshops to define data integration requirements
- Designing high-level architecture for ingestion and modelling in Databricks
- Building pipelines for IoT and telemetry systems (OCM, CEM)
- Delivering UX-focused dashboards for client demos and MVP showcase
- Collaborating with engineers and guiding technical delivery
- Completing discovery and high-level design for the pilot
- Bringing the MVP live for client demo and conference showcase
- Establishing scalable foundations for full production rollout
We're looking for someone who brings a mix of technical depth and consultative leadership.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (ingestion, modelling, orchestration)
- Exposure to streaming/real-time data and IoT integration
- Ability to own a workstream end-to-end and thrive in ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing workshops
