Job Summary

We're hiring a Creative Strategist (remote sales & marketing role) to build and optimize a data-driven creative system that improves paid social performance across multiple home improvement accounts.

This is a high-impact, performance-led role sitting between performance data and creative production. You will not manage ads or edit videos-instead, you will diagnose performance, design structured creative tests, and develop scalable frameworks that consistently improve CPL and account stability.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in remote paid social jobs, Meta ads creative strategy, and performance marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse performance across multiple accounts using metrics such as CTR, hook rate, thumb stop rate, watch time, frequency, and CPL trends
  • Diagnose why creatives succeed or fail based on data-not opinion
  • Design and execute structured creative testing frameworks (hooks, angles, CTAs, formats)
  • Identify emotional drivers (esteem, safety, status, transformation) behind high-performing ads
  • Write detailed, production-ready creative briefs for video teams
  • Develop scalable systems to shorten fatigue cycles and improve consistency
  • Continuously iterate creatives based on performance insights and testing results
  • Extract and document winning patterns across multiple accounts and industries
  • Collaborate with media buyers and production teams to align strategy with execution
  • Build and maintain a repeatable, data-backed creative engine

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience improving paid social performance through creative strategy
  • Strong analytical ability with hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager metrics
  • Experience building structured creative testing frameworks
  • Ability to clearly explain why an ad works or fails using data
  • Experience writing detailed creative briefs for video production teams
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and buying triggers
  • Ability to identify patterns across multiple accounts, not just single brands
  • Clear, structured communication skills
  • High ownership mindset and accountability for performance outcomes
  • Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Notion, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
  • Internal creative testing frameworks

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in performance marketing agencies (especially home improvement or local services)
  • Familiarity with market sophistication & awareness levels
  • Experience working in high-volume creative environments
  • Knowledge of first-party data and creative-led targeting strategies
  • Experience using tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Claude
  • Ability to develop unique mechanisms and differentiated messaging angles
Benefits
  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
  • Peer Community: Connect with high-performing professionals in our network
  • Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement
  • Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference - we'll match you with options that fit your goals
