Job Description
To supervise the canteen staff and to ensure that daily and function meals are prepared in accordance with the set Menu standards.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum Grade 12 / NQF level 4
- Recognized cookery course
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as and when required
- Proven customer service orientation
- Supervise and prepare daily meals in accordance with the set Menu standards
- Ensure that handling of equipment is within SHEQ standards
- Plan and allocate duties to canteen staff according to daily requirements
- Ensure good customer relations
- General administration
