About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior C# Developer to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions based on business requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Owner, Solutions Architect, and Business Analysts to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable systems while following established coding standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new functionality based on business and technical requirements
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and technical issues
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews
  • Provide accurate estimates for development tasks
  • Maintain technical documentation and update development logs
  • Communicate progress, risks, and delays to the Product Owner and team
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
  • IT qualification or relevant short courses
  • Minimum 3+ years software development experience
  • Experience with C# and SQL
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Retail systems experience (advantageous)
