Job Description
Experience BIM industry experience as a Mechanical BIM Technician / Modeller
A large sized Consulting company with international offices is looking to hire a Senior BIM Modeller to be based in their Cape Town office.
Qualifications and Experience- BIM industry experience as a Mechanical BIM Technician / Modeller
- Awareness of mechanical design principles, industry standards and competency with drawing air and fluid side plans and schematics
- In coordinating MEPF services with other disciplines in a 3D environment and extensive knowledge of software including Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino Inside and Enscape knowledge
- Medium and large-scale projects including work on masterplans and high-rise designs and experience with model federation and coordination
