We are looking for a Senior Aviation Recruiter based in South Africa to support and lead recruitment activities across aviation-focused roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique challenges of hiring within the aviation sector.

In this role, you will own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding support. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to define hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and ensure the business attracts and secures the best available talent. You will also be expected to build strong pipelines, maintain candidate engagement, and contribute to a positive and efficient hiring process.

The successful candidate will bring strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Aviation recruitment experience is highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and stakeholder collaboration. You should be confident, organized, and capable of delivering results in a competitive talent market.
