Job Description

Datacentrix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic engagement with key enterprise clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Datacentrix end-to-end ICT solutions including infrastructure, cloud, security, and managed services. Public Sector Experience is required.

Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in ICT sales or account management, preferably within enterprise environments.
  • Proven success in managing and growing large, complex client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Data Centre technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop account strategies, meet targets, and deliver end-to-end client solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing clients and actively pursue new business to grow revenue.
  • Develop account plans that align client needs with Datacentrix's solutions and long-term business goals.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to design and present tailored solutions across Cloud, Security, Networking, Data Centre, and Managed Services.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to ensure fair, value-driven agreements.
  • Keep track of client satisfaction by monitoring service delivery, resolving any issues quickly, and making sure expectations are met.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to strengthen client relationships and identify areas for further collaboration.
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets and overall account growth objectives.
