Job Description

You will lead adoption and expansion of Oracle CSS within a defined territory, meeting assigned targets by identifying customer needs, shaping value led service proposals, building executive relationships, collaborating cross LOB with Applications and Technology teams, and securing annual and fixed scope project contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets through new wins and renewals.
  • Build and advance a healthy pipeline through demand generation, qualification, and disciplined deal management.
  • Establish executive level trust and position Oracle CSS as essential to customers' business and transformation priorities.
  • Grow account revenue by identifying expansion opportunities and proactively managing renewals.
  • Lead account planning and territory execution in partnership with other Oracle lines of business.
  • Orchestrate cross LOB collaboration (Applications, Technology) and the broader partner ecosystem.
  • Partner with delivery teams to conduct business reviews, demonstrate realized value, and shape next step services.
  • Ensure seamless sales to delivery handoffs and customer project kickoffs to accelerate time to value.
  • Serve as an escalation point to remove obstacles and safeguard customer success.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in enterprise services sales (e.g., managed services, consulting/professional services, value added services).
  • Expertise in structuring and negotiating annual and fixed scope project services, including value proposition shaping, scoping, and contracting.
  • Success managing complex accounts and engaging C suite stakeholders to drive consensus and value.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and service delivery models, with the ability to translate customer needs into service led business outcomes.
  • Proven cross functional collaboration with product, delivery, and partner teams to drive customer success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
