Job Title

Senior CNC Operator (5-Axis Woodworking)

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and oversee 5-axis CNC machines
  • Interpret technical drawings and translate them into machining processes
  • Perform machine programming and adjustments where required
  • Ensure high precision and quality standards are consistently met
  • Troubleshoot machine and production issues
  • Optimize machine performance and workflow
  • Train and guide junior operators
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance checks
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years CNC operating experience
  • At least 2 years experience on 3-axis CNC machines
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Advantageous Skills
  • Experience with 5-axis CNC machinery (preferred but not essential)
  • CAD/CAM software experience
  • Experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing (advantageous)
  • Exposure to metal CNC environments
