We're on the lookout for a dynamic School Success Consultant to join our Sponsor Management Platform (SMP) team within the Customer Success division. If you're inspired by making a difference in education and love working with people, this role offers a unique opportunity to do both.

You'll be a trusted partner to schools, helping them unlock the full value of our solutions so they can achieve operational efficiency and success as well as sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned schools.
  
• Drive onboarding, training, and continuous product adoption.
  
• Analyse platform usage and school feedback to identify opportunities for value expansion.
  
• Conduct onsite visits, product refreshers, and strategic reviews to support growth.
  
• Champion retention and expansion through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  
• Proactively address churn risks and create action plans to retain revenue.
  
• Facilitate school success stories and customer advocacy opportunities.
  
• Share valuable insights with internal teams to influence product development.
  
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to performance reporting.
  

• National Senior Certificate
  
• Relevant diploma or certificate is a strong plus
  
• 3-5 years experience in customer support, ideally in an education or media environment
  
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
  
• Proficiency in IT systems and CRM tools
  
• Ability to interpret data and act on insights
