About the programme

The ScatecGraduateProgramme is a corporate initiative that ensures that all graduates in the different areas of our business adapt to a high level of unvarying standards in terms of orientation, training, development and exposure to the business processes. The programme offers graduates an intensive 24-month long development experience, making it one of the most sought-after graduate programmes.

What does the programme entail?
  • Twenty-four (24) month programme, based in Cape Town
  • Progress reviews bi-annually
  • Frequent and standardised assessments focused on competency
  • Fit for purpose training
  • Continuous buddy and mentorship that support the programme
What are the minimum requirements:
  • A relevant, completed University qualification (see fields of study)
  • A strong academic record, with a minimum cumulative average of 65%
  • Transcripts and Certified Academic qualifications
  • Must have less than 24 months' working experience
  • Clear criminal record
  • South African citizen

  • Engineering Undergraduate/Postgraduate (Electrical and Mechatronic)
  • Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology

Selection process:
  • Applications should be submitted to Scatec by no later than the specified closing date and should be submitted online only

  • Psychometric assessments will form part of the selection process
