We are seeking a Sales Team Leader based in Umhlanga who can take ownership, inspire performance and deliver measurable growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a call centre environment. You will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team to consistently exceed targets while maintaining a strong and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and develop a high performing call centre sales team
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed targets
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement
  • Work closely with business owners on growth and performance strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in a call centre environment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead from the front
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop individuals into top performers
  • Results-driven mindset
