Job Description

Responsibilities Support Revenue & Market Growth
  • Help the team drive revenue across products, services, and long term agreements.
  • Use basic sales management tools to track progress toward revenue and market share goals.
  • Assist with addressing customer or channel issues and support the rollout of growth initiatives.
Team Development & Support
  • Provide day to day guidance, motivation, and basic coaching to sales team members.
  • Support performance discussions, development plans, and ongoing training activities.
  • Help build a positive, accountable, customer focused team culture.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and opportunities for deeper account penetration.
  • Support relationship building and help strengthen long term customer partnerships.
Competitive & Market Insight
  • Stay aware of market activity, competitor moves, and customer feedback.
  • Share insights with the Sales Manager to support pricing, product, and commercial decisions.
  • Help ensure that marketing programs and initiatives are executed effectively.
Sales Process & Tools
  • Ensure the sales team uses core systems, tools, and processes consistently.
  • Support accurate forecasting, reporting, and overall sales process discipline.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience Required
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Some exposure to team coordination, mentorship, or informal leadership (advantageous).
  • Basic understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to build solid relationships.
