We'll kickstart your journey with our hands on training program, designed to turn your customer-facing experience into tech sales expertise. From there, you'll have a clear path to grow into leadership within two years.

• Learn the FinTech & SaaS space across EMEA markets
• Research and identify high value target accounts
• Reach out to decision makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Book meetings and demos with senior executives
• Join customer meetings and contribute to go to market campaigns
• Continuously refine your sales skills with support from experienced leaders

• A university degree
• 1-2 years in a customer facing role (preferably sales related) after your studies
• Genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
• High energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
• Strong written and spoken English, confident engaging with C level executives
• Based in Cape Town (or open to relocating)
• South African citizenship
