Sales Assistants with Matric

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our sales team, dedicated to nurturing and developing their potential within this industry. The selected individual will undergo comprehensive training in customer service, sales techniques, and leadership to enhance their effectiveness in the role. This position involves daily customer interactions in a retail setting, acquiring new business for the company, and actively engaging with customers and colleagues to add value.

We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities and seize them proactively. The ideal candidate should possess a Matric Certificate, demonstrate a friendly and engaging demeanor, exhibit strong communication skills, be adaptable to challenges, hold a Level 4 certificate, communicate proficiently in English, work independently, be computer literate, achieve weekly sales targets, collaborate effectively with team members, attend training sessions regularly, problem-solve efficiently, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and present themselves professionally at all times. While a sales background is advantageous, it is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training. Additionally, one year of retail experience is preferred.
